Draft Portfolio Contest (Leaderboard Based)

The Draft Portfolio format is the most strategic and skill-intensive contest type on Winnr. It lets players build a simulated portfolio using 100K credits and compete based on real-world token performance. This is designed for players who want to test their narrative conviction and allocation skills across trending tokens or themes.

How It Works

  1. Contest Opens

    • Public or private draft league is listed on Winnr

    • Entry Fee: Fixed USDC amount (e.g. $10)

    • Contest theme is defined (e.g. Meme Draft Royale, AI Draft, etc.)

  2. Players Join

    • Anyone can join until the contest start time

    • Each user receives 100K simulated credits to draft their portfolio

    • Entry fee is locked in escrow (goes toward prize pool)

  3. Draft Phase

    • Users allocate their 100K credits across 5–10 eligible tokens

    • Draft can be:

      • Free allocation (any split)

      • Capped allocation (max % per token)

    • Draft must be finalized before contest begins

  4. Game Start

    • Start time (Tβ‚€) is logged

    • All portfolio prices snapshotted using on-chain price feeds

    • ROI tracked over 48–72 hour window

  5. Leaderboard Ranks

    • Players ranked based on total simulated portfolio ROI

  • $WIF – 30K

  • $MOG – 25K

  • $CHADS – 25K

  • $POPCAT – 20K

After 72h:

  • Player X’s portfolio ROI = +163%

  • Player ranks 2nd overall β†’ wins 15% of $900 = $135

Notes

  • Simulated Capital: No real token trading happens

  • On-Chain Pricing: Prices are pulled from verified sources (Jupiter, Pyth)

  • Anti-Manipulation: Tokens must meet liquidity and age criteria

Ideal For:

  • Power users with strong token conviction

  • Narrative-driven traders

  • Fans of fantasy sports-style allocation games

Coming Soon:

  • Public vs Private draft leagues

  • β€œWildcard tokens” that boost rewards

  • Squad-based fantasy drafts

  • Streak-based badges and leaderboard tiers

This is where narrative foresight meets fantasy game theory. The more right you are and the smarter you allocate the higher you climb.

Simulated capital. Real outcomes. Fantasy, finally done right.
