Winnr Revenue Model

Winnr earns revenue through transparent, gameplay-aligned mechanics. Our approach follows the proven success of fantasy sports platforms, adapted for the speed and nature of crypto culture.

Core Revenue: Contest Entry Rake

For every paid contest, Winnr takes a fixed 10% platform fee from the total pool. The remaining 90% goes into the prize pool.

Example:

  • 100 users enter a Draft Contest at $10 each

  • Total Pool = $1,000

  • Winnr Fee = $100 (10%)

  • Prize Pool = $900 (distributed to winners)

This model is:

  • Aligned with performance we earn only when contests run

  • Transparent and fixed no hidden fees or complex models

Additional Revenue Streams (Coming Soon)

1. Sponsored Contests

  • Protocols, meme coins, or ecosystems can sponsor custom contests

  • Winnr charges a flat setup fee or takes a % of co-sponsored prize pool

2. Creator Leagues

Simple. Transparent. Gameplay-aligned.
